He has served in several capacities under the various students Association bodies in the Faculty of Law, amongst the position he has held are:
1. The Deputy Director of research, Equity Chambers,
2. Deputy Director of Programmes, ABULAW CLINIC, and now currently serving as the Director of programmes in the same LAW CLINIC. TOCHUKWU is the Founder, BAIL AND SAFE FOUNDATION (BASAF). An Abuja based humanitarian Initiative that is geared at providing succour to the society through humanity. He is also the CEO: TOMNET GLOBALS, engine room for crypto and tech. A networking and Cryptocurrency firm he solely manages in Abuja.
His passion for legal advocacy has given him an edge to come top amongst his colleagues having led a number of team of Law students for Moot and Mock trials several times before the Student Representatives Council Court. SRC COURT.” (MOOT COURT) ranging from High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court respectively.
He is a Senior Advocate of ABU (SAABU). The highest rank conferred on very few Law students who have demonstrated excellence and high level of advocacy skills before the SRC COURT.
Tochukwu is an on air personality both on the radio and TV where he discusses about the impact of COVID-19 on Nigeria Education sector, national and global politics etc.
He has his articles published in several online blogs and media platforms.
Tochi is a life intern with FESTUS KEYAMO CHAMBERS, Abuja, one of the top leading Law firms in Nigeria whose Principal Partner is Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN. [Hon. Minister of State for Labour and Employment.]

To mention but a few. He is also a Peace Transformer Ambassador, an award he was conferred in March, 2020 by the Young Persons in Peace and Conflict Transformation sponsored by Network of Universities Legal Aid Institution [NULAI] in collaboration with the US Embassy.
Tochi is an avid reader, a political writer, activist, Hedonist, youth advocate, Democracy enthusiast, public commentator and accountability advocate, youth coach, counsellor and unapologetic detribalised Nigerian.
He is a lover of Law, orderliness, and have penchant for intelligence, women, girl child and the less privilege.
